what do you think a lawyer will do for you while an ongoing investigation is going on.......

any lawyers will be very happy to take your money while an investigation
is going on, your lawyers will not be able to obtain anything to help you
during an investigation, keep in mind that investigators will only release valid information to the prosecution team, investigators are not going to communicate with your lawyers period.

so for those who have some money to throw away, then find a lawyer
of your choice and provide him/her/them with an early Christmas present.

I think that the original poster asked the question in good faith and the membership have explained that it is a useless and thankless task for the moment.

Investors that have done this for years just lose patience.
We know from past experience that stalled or failed programs rarely refund any investments and if they do it is pennies on the dollar.

Since it would appear that this has been "put to bed" I am doing so with this thread as well. This particular "case is closed"...
