Default Problems with PicPay log in ???

Problems with PicPay log in ?

If you want to change your password you click on the Recover Password button on the menu to the left on the log in page.
You then see a page where you are asked to fill in the e-mail you have registered with the PicPay account you want to change password for.
You are also asked to answer your secret question before you hit the submit button.
Your new password will then be e-mailed to you.

If you for any reason have lost your pin, or your pin mysteriously doesn't work you can call support 24/7

You have three telephone numbers to choose between and you also have the option of sending an E-mail or a support-ticket.

    Calling:

    1) +606-850 1067

    2) +606-850 1327

    3) +606-850 1207

    1) Fax +606-798 1114
    2) Fax +606-798 1113

    International calling codes

    http://kropla.com/dialcode.htm#table

If you decide to send an e-mail requesting a new pin code you send the request to this e-mail address.

    [email protected]

It has come to our knowledge that this and other PicPay e-mails no longer work. This due to them preferring tickets.

If you want to send a ticket to support you will first have to register with the ticket system.
    Sending a ticket is easy.

I don’t know how fast I can say e-mails or tickets are, because that can vary, but calling is by far the quickest if you can get an answer..........

Please correct me if anything of this is wrong.........

Speedy, if you check the date of the original post, you will see that it preceeds the date that PIPS and Picpay went into hibrenation.

    Question Who can you trust?

    My first post.
I've been reading a lot of messages posted and would like to know if one of the administrators of RolClub or Friends of Bryan would or could post the names (user ids) of the people you know can be trusted. There is so much garbage and inuendo being posted that it is hard to sort through it if you do not know who to trust. I feel sure that Bryan will post what he can when he can.

Is the HALOTTO up and running? If so, how do you get to it?

As you might have figured out, I am not real computer literate.

    Thanks!

Not to be too short but the only real way to figure that out is to read the posts in this forum and decide for yourself. I have many names on the top of my head but it would be unfair to the other trustworthy people that I would inevitably fail to list to name any of them.

At present, HA Lotto is not up but you can keep abreast of that at its website and forum.

Lastly, welcome aboard and you'll find out who you can trust rather quickly.

I know that computers can be confusing and frustrating.... and visiting a forum like this one, can be ... well, intimidating. I would recommend that you visit 'Bryan Marsden Forum' and read Bryans posts. Then use your own judgement to decide the state of things... your judgement is as good as anyones here. If you read thru the posts by everyone else, use caution and your own dicernment... there are many opinions represented here.... once again, use your own best judgement.
I have noticed you on the forum , your name caught my eye, as I too am waiting in anticipation for the 'Shout'.

ps. I am staying optimistic for good things to happen.... hopefully soon.
