Comfirmation of your investments made prior to the May 1st Launch are now being sent. These are being sent only to those who did make the investment early. The term date will begin 15 days after your payment and no sooner than May 1st.

i asked a few questions for the admin of fantastic pay..here it is..
how will you be able to sustain 50-200% return to investors
1) My question is how can this be?
We use your funds many times each month. With each tranaction we make a profit and are able to pass that to our original investors.
2) I can see it being possible if you limit your amount of members, are you going to do this?
We can not have funds setting idle in our account. We will limit the investment flow from time to time as required or until we can increase our realestate tranactions.
3) what is the name of your lawyer/firm that will have this trust with the funds in it.
We will use the lawyer that the home seller requests.
4) How many people are working for your company?
FantasticPay is new and we currently have 3 including myself.
5) why not just go to the bank and get a loan? would be paying alot less interest to the bank than 10-200% return to your members
Banks frown upon lending money that you are going to give away. Since we give a downpayment to our home buyers to qualify for a mortgage. We need the banks to give the mortgage not the downpayment.
We will be launching May 1st and our forum will be opened. This will help in answering questions and also getting opinions of other members.

Brians response to question 2 and 3 are a little confusing to me,maybe Jared can explain. I thought they would have one lawyer who would manage the ONE TRUST account for all of the members funds.

Actually the second question was answered well. FantasticPay will always control the amount of new investment fuds coming into the program. This is not your usual Hyip program that requires as many investors as possible to infuse the program with a constant flow of money in order to pay older members. At that point they tent to implode on themselves.
What Brian meant was that the funds will not just keep collecting into the bank account and simply set Idle. They need to be working for you. Remember in this program you reicieve commissions based on actual business performance. Funds are not invested into stocks , forex , etc. So as the company grows so will investing, but investments will never be allowed to overtake the actual real estate transactions being performed. so from time to time they will put a stop on all new and older members from investing new money. When's the last time you heard a Hyip Admin tell you that.

There is a tab down at the bottom of the form which ask you , ' Is this a change to a previous investment '. This allows you to change from an original , lets say you chose 3 month term option to a 6 month option. You can do that. Let's say you are impatient and cannot wait 6 months for your first payout, so you choose the 3 month term because it at least pays 50%. I've got $1,000 for 3 months at 50% starting at the end of my 3rd month. I then take two months worth of payments at $500 a month which gives me back $1,000, then i decide to roll the original seed principal back into the system for another 3 months which would at the end now give me 200% payments. This would be $2,000 a month.
You can plan your own strategy any way you like. It's nice to know that your not stuck with the term you've choosen and have the ability to correct or change it.
As for question number #3 I'm not sure if Brian misunderstood you or not. I'll have to ask tomorrow. Forum up this weekend. If any wish and feel they are qualified to be a moderator in our forum , then PM bluepacific.

Which was what is the name of the attorney that will be holding the trust account with our funds? Anyone can say your investment is secure and you can have it back when and if you want it. What proof or documenation will we have of this?? besides words on the fantastic pay website?
the reason i ask this is i am still debating how much to invest and i am sure others may be asking the same thing to themselves

I'll be back around 5:00PM Pacific Time and I'll answer what Brian meant about the Lawyers that people choose as his answer had nothing to do with your question, but how the real estate deals are handled. I spoke briefly this morning and we worked on some topic sections for the forum to get up this weekend. He said today is the Canadian Tax day , so he is busy with that.
But he is also looking at three properties today , as the company already makes money with this amazing concept even without our investments going forward. I'll explain it later on. I'mm only home for the moment for lunch.
