Well if you have'nt done so , please go to the forum and see the latest update by Brian for the new backoffice which will go into effect next weekend after the site has been down for the migrition of the Networking info and then the investment info. After this has been implemented , it should be much more user friendly for people to navigate. Keep your fingers crossed. Of coarse as you well know , there will always be those who do not read or follow the rules or understand the terms and will be upset because they're not able to accomplish something.
I helped many a people with simple problems that had nothing to do with the software issues and they would write me back and appologize for not understanding something so absolutely simple and wished they had just read the instructions. Most 1st time mistakes were on the $18 Upgrade fee and not putting anything in the memo, or if they did it was simply , ' Upgrade Please '. Then of coarse it was the FantasticPay's fault for not acknowledging the spend. Username , ID# , Email . That's all we asked. Can you imagine the workload of having to investigate who spent the $18. Even if we spent the .01 penny spend to give them a message in the e-gold memo, it would only be a stroke of luck that they would even check that.
I like the new ticket support system that will be on the website backoffice itself. The problems with email Spam filters and blockers drove us crazy when trying to communicate.
Anyway , go and register on the forum and be informed there with the latest.

There seem to be a few problems with Safe Pay Solutions and cogeco in Ontario but mine have been resolved.
I personally went to the bank and got a money order for a charge of $6.00 and mailed it to Brian for my initial sign up fee and investment.
I really like the look of this program and hope to at least make back what I lost on Pips.
I am off to Sudbury in September and will hopefully meet the Fantastic Pay Team and Brian.
Also, I have real estate ties in England so I will be promoting Fantastic Pay over there as well and through my family who are in real estate.
I hope to be going to England soon myself as well.

Hi Everyone
This weekend the website and it's backoffice will be down for the new software Data migrition. also our new and own Dedicated Server will be in place. After the networking data has been transfered , then the investment info for our personal investments and then those of all our downlines and when they payout.
People who have not upgraded to paid member will have to resign up on the new website. the present software and backoffice will be available for all to gather present downline info of members and contact these later. There will be a link to this site for at least a couple of months.
I'll be back Monday or Tuesday as I'm getting married today Friday the 26th.:cheers:
