Default Where to change US$ into Euro?

    A question from my friend.

Where can he find a legal organisation to exchange US$ into Euro? Proof of source of fund & lawyer will be involved in this case.

The amount he will exchange is quite big and is in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York now.

    Anyone has info?

Approach any CitiGroup branch for assistance. That one source is all he needs to convert and transact easily...a modest admin fee is applied as with any institution and CitiGroup is wel represented in Europe.

    Goodluck.

    PS.
I would have and could offer you the same service and deliver it either in cash or to your final European destination if you opened a DC account with us at Master Savings Card.

It would save you thousands and secure you the freedom when you travel into or perhaps without having to at all, the freedom and vast savings is at your liberty and choice.

Let me know by PM if you wish to follow up this serious tip/source from me.

You should be able to open a Euro account at any of the large banking institutions and simply transfer to that. I'm a little surprised that FBoNY doesn't allow him to open a Euro account?
