1st you log out of your email.
2nd clear your cookies and history
3rd shutdown the pc
4th open your browser
5th log in your e-gold
6th open new window, log in your email
7th did we get it?
If the above fails, check your email settings (spam) maybe it got blocked. Could I know what email you are using?
You might also want to check with e-gold to verify your email again!

Hey hey hey... thanx bat$... egold got back with me rather quickly when I called them and then later on they told me it was a problem with Verizon which is my new isp service... So anyhow, they did manage to fix it for all Verizon customers. I'm happy logging in now!
