Median Home Prices

It was reported this morning that median home prices rose in the first quarter. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

IBD/TIPP Economic:
U.S. May IBD/TIPP 6-Month Economic Outlook 51.0; U.S. May IBD/TIPP Economic Optimism Index 48.7 versus 48.4 in April.

Wholesale Inventories (MoM):
U.S. Wholesale Sales rose 2.4%, Largest Gain Since November 2009; U.S. Mar Wholesale Inventories rose 0.4%; Expected to rise 0.5%.

Infiniti EX35 Parts

The median home price, the point at which half of all homes are sold for more and half are sold for less, rose on a monthly basis in all regions.
In the Northeast, the median price rose to $249,800 from $245,700 in February, and that represents an 8.9 percent increase over March 2009.
The Midwest experienced a price increase to $139,300 from $128,000 and the new price was up 0.2 percent from one year earlier.
