Here's another recent winner. :0) Can see my balance has gone up too.
Lastly, Man U will not kick Arsenal's butt!! Fancy a trade on it?! LOL.
Are you a Gunners fan ?, been a Man U fan for about 30-35 years myself.
But what kind of trade did you have in mind ?
About the cricket, nice profit you got on the last screenshot, how much did you trade to gain that kind of profit.
Jesper,
I'm a proud gooner, going all the way to European glory! lol. Yea we can have a bet on it, although as you're at home you have advantage!! What do you think? balance paid by egold?!
As for the cricket, this is one of the most lucrative markets, as you may know Test matches are 5 days, but very few last 5 days. My liabilities on that particular trade were around 120 pounds. But then you never lose that amount because you always trade out before even if going against you, so you'll never lose that.
This summer the Sri Lankans are in England, First Test I think is around 11 May. Now that one of their top batsmen and elser statesmen, Jayasuriya has retired this bodes well for England. I'll be checking the 5 day forecasts before the Test matches and making sure no rain is forecasted for the first 3. Ideally you want to be out by end of day 2 for a big fat profit.
The golf is going well with Goosen and Mickelson at 2 under. If they stay up there I'll green up for a profit whoever wins!
Have you looked on the forum below? Some more good input. Sign up and join in Jesper. :0)
I can understand that you`re proud, your team has been brilliant in the CL, and they finally woke up in the PL, and I believe they will get the no.4 spot, who the hell are Spurs anyway, lol.
What about a 10usd bet, winners only, BUT only if Luke`s program lasts the weekend over OR he gets the money from the no.2 program back, otherwise my Egold is empty.
I have a trading question for you, what do you do if the wrong team scores and the x does not rise in value, trade it or wait ?
Nice profit on cricket, to bad I can`t watch it or understand it, hehe, but I might take a closer look at it.
Who the hell are Spurs indeed, lol, where's nej, he'll tell you!
Ok, go on then $10, but the draw is void, ok? unless you're that confident of victory you're offering me the draw as you're playing so well and at home?!
Have a look at posts in the forum by ljones85 below in the betexchangetraders site, he knows his stuff and earns good money trading, he's just like you and I but has some great tips/views on it. :0) But to answer the question if say you had Chelsea playing West Brom for example and you layed the draw thinking as we all would Chelsea would score first so you could then back the draw for instant profit. But if West Brom scored the odds would hardly shift on the 'back' side of the draw as people out there would be sure Chelsea would equalise and go on to win probably. The advice is if the wrong team score first cut out then and you won't win but you won't lose. Put it this way you'd need Chelsea to score not once, as once they do score and you back the draw the odds still not be in your favour so you'd need them to score again to then 'back' the draw for profit.
If it happens cut your losses back the draw and come out level, not worth the risk, this is trading not gambling.
I had a good result last night, layed the draw then backed the Leicester v Crystal Palace game when Leicester scored. :0)
Not had a look at today's games yet must be some 'gems' out there, lol.
So you`re negotiating for the draw, so I`ll give a counteroffer, I`ll give you the draw if you raise the odds for Man U to 1,5, so I`ll give you 10 if x or 2 and you will give me 15 if 1, what do you think about that.
And I agree that its better to cut your losses if the wrong team score, I´m just trying to finetune my strategy, its never to late to learn something new.
Yea go for it! should have a few pennies in egold early next week and am true to my word. :0)
Another trade I'm looking at is backing the under 2.5 goals with a view of laying them off after an amount if time. I think the Man U v Arsenal game tomorrow will be like that. It won't be high scoring so I'll be looking at backing under 2.5 goals and lay it off after 30 minutes for a profit.
I know someone that does this in a lot of matches and puts enough down to cut out after 5 minutes for a profit. Say the back under is 1.90, stick say 100 pounds on this and even after 5 minutes where very few goals are scored in the premier lay back then as even after 5 minutes the odds can come down from 1.90 to 1.80.....have a look yourself next time you watch a match with your betfair account open so you can see the odds shift. Other plus about this is that you're out after 5 minutes and 'greened up' for a profit and hence limiting a chance of losses . :0)
Best part of all trading is once you're out you can watch the game KNOWING you've made money whatever the outcome.
We´ve got a bet then.
I gonna watch Spurs in 15mins so I will keep an eye on over/under during that game to get a feel about it.
I wonder whats giving Chelsea the "dip"... keep on that track and we'll see MANU making the hattrick with Arsenal.
Nice going Ad!:ro_emote:
