Initial Jobless Claims:
U.S. Jobless Claims rose 17K to 551K in week of September compared to survey of an increase by 5K; U.S. Continuing Claims for week of September 19 fell 70K to 6,090,000; U.S. Jobless Claims Revised for week of September 19 to 534K from 530K.

Core PCE Price Index:
August PCE Core Price Index rose 0.1% rate on month; rose 1.3% on year; August PCE Price Index rose 0.3% rate on month; fell 0.5% on year.

Personal Spending/Income:
July Personal Income Revised to rise 0.2% from unchanged%; July Spending Revised to rise 0.3% from a rise by 0.2%; U.S. Personal Income rose 0.2% in August; compared to consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. Personal Spending rose 1.3% in August; compared to consensus of an increase by 1.1%.

ISM [Institute for Supply Management] Manufacturing Index:
U.S. ISM September Manufacturing PMI 52.6 versus August 52.9; U.S. ISM September Manufacturing PMI Expected 54.0; U.S. ISM September Prices Index 63.5 versus August 65.0; U.S. ISM September Employment Index 46.2 versus August 46.4; U.S. ISM September New Orders Index 60.8 versus August 64.9; U.S. ISM September Production Index 55.7 versus August 61.9; U.S. ISM Sep Inventories Index 42.5 versus August 34.4.

Pending Home Sales from NAR [National Association for Realtors]:
U.S. Pending Home Sales Index rose 6.4% to 103.8 in August; U.S. August Pending Home Sales rose 12.4% from August 2008; August Pending Home Sales post seventh-straight rise.

Construction Spending:
U.S. Construction Spending rose 0.8% in August compared to consensus Unchanged%; July Construction Spending Revised to fall 1.1% from a decrease by 0.2%.
