Thread: DigDug is no longer with us.

On September 16,2005 Our son Douglas ( you knew him as Dig Dug) was killed in a auto accident. We knew he was active in Pips, but to what exstent was not known until we started recieving e-mail's from around the world as to how he had touched peoples lives in a positive way. To all of you THANK YOU ,you will never know just how much his mother and I appreciated your kind words.

I am very sorry for your loss. I too am a father and I can NOT imagine what you must be going through. You and your wife will be in my prayers

It brings a moment of silence to reflect whatever joy is left when one last remembers being with him, let it be the joyous memory yet of your son...

My wife & I lost our Daughter 14years ago & it was very hard & we still miss her, we take comfort knowing she is in heaven & we will see her again some day, I understand your pain & I offer my prayers for you & your family, may God bless you & help you through these times, I remember doug from old forum & he was a gentleman with very kind words for all, God Bless him!

Dear Ralin,

It was so nice to hear that Doug was so well thought of. I recall when taxman announced his untimely death and his situation with Sherry and kids. Very sad to hear this again as it brings back memories. In fact, his last message posted was, as always, very level headed and very positive.

Having lost a child, I can indeed relate to what you are feeling, and yes, it does help to know others thought highly of Doug as we all did here and in the former forum. May you have peace knowing he will forever be remembered as one of the nicest people on the forum. May he rest in peace.
