Thread: Support PIPS / Picpay

Hey I have tryed to call support at PIPS and picpay.

All i get is busy line!

Have anybody get in contact with them the last days?

If you read different posts on this forum you will find it takes around
125 or more redials to get through -- the best time is on the weekend as
they are working around the clock 24 hours a day :shock: (poor people)

It took me three weeks of trying to call into pips and picpay to get any response other than someone picking up and then hanging up on me regarding getting my login fixed so I could request a withdrawal. Another friend had the same problem over a two week period. Now, I have been trying for the past month to fax my identification in to them with no success. Picpay support offered to let me email them my document yet when I did, I kept getting back a blocked email message. I have used the ticket system to the furthest limits and have repeatedly gotten no help. I have also asked repeatedly if I can fedex the information in but they will not provide an address to which I may send it. Does anyone have a clue as to how to get this accomplished? My membership in PIPS USA is now on hold and my first withdrawal, which was already requested over a month ago is in limbo until my ID documentation is received. Calling picpay has also resulted in the same runaround. Any ideas?
