what happened to Golden Eagle? I set up a Nevada corp thru them and I paid them to do my taxes also. I am at a loss at this stage and desperately need some info. Their phone number was disconnected months ago and David(who set the corp up) has not called or e-mailed me. If anybody can help I would sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance-
