Is portugal a go from BM ?

Hi just wondering is portugal is still on from BM?

Unless PIPS comes back up and starts paying WD's immediately, how can anyone afford to go? No sense in having a convention if the members cant attend.

Well if we got paid out say for April we could still have a summer convention!!
