I still haven't received my dinars yet but phoned the company before I went to work last week. I was assured that I would receive an email telling me what had gone wrong with my order the same day. Alas, no email, so I had to email them three days later.
I got a reply email apologising and saying that I had ‘fallen through a crack’ in their system. They said they would dispatch the dinars ASAP and I resubmitted my payment information.
I’ll see what happens, but I am sooo disappointed in their customer care. I have sent so many emails and only received two replies!!!
At least you got a reply. The scammers haven't even bothered to grace me with a reply.

Seems since they've got new software it's all gone wrong. I've emailed them again mentioning the above, but I don't often get replies and don't recommend them anymore. There's also no way to check early orders/my own commission as to what I've earnt pre the new software...........
But they're very keen to let you know of their 'auto shipping' facility so they can get more orders, hmmmmm.
Can only apologise and ask you both to keep chasing it by phone or email and if still no joy maybe taking it further like making a governing body aware.
Keep us all informed as to what happens.
