qibla change in islam There are 2 billion Muslims in the world, and each time they pray, they turn their faces in one direction, towards Mecca. The Islamic term for this direction is qibla. When a Muslim prepares to pray, no matter where he is, he turns towards the qibla, the direction of the Kaba. The Kaba is a small cube shaped building in the courtyard of the mosque known as Masjid Al Haram, in the city of Mecca, in the country of Saudi Arabia. “For every nation there is a direction to which they face (in their prayers). So hasten towards all that is good. Wheresoever you may be, God will bring you together (on the Day of Resurrection). Truly, God is Able to do all things. And from wheresoever you start forth (for prayers), turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Mecca), that is indeed the truth from your Lord. And God is not unaware of what you do.” (Quran 2:148-149) Muslims do not worship the Kaba, or its contents, it is simply a focal point. Muslims worship One God, the Most Merciful, and the Most Wise. God decreed that when Muslims pray they all face one direction. It is a sign of unity that encapsulates the unity embedded in the religion of Islam. The Arabic word for prayer is salah and it demotes a connection between the believer and God; when all believers face the same direction it adds an extra dimension to the connection. The prayer connects the believers to God and the qibla connects the believers to one another. It has been said that if one could observe all the Muslims at prayer we would be able to see lines of worshippers bowing and prostrating like the petals of a flower opening and closing in unison. The qibla was not always oriented towards Mecca. The first Muslims prayed towards the al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Around sixteen months after Prophet Muhammad and his followers migrated from Mecca to the city of Medina, the qibla was changed to the Kaba. According to accounts by Prophet Muhammad's companions, the change happened very suddenly. During the noon prayer, Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, received a revelation from God instructing him to, "Turn your face towards the Masjid al Haram".
-
“Thus, we have made you real believers in Islamic Monotheism, true followers of Prophet Muhammad and his legal ways, a just nation, witnesses over mankind and the Messenger a witness over you. And We made the Qibla (prayer direction towards Jerusalem) which you used to face, only to test those who followed the Messenger from those who would turn on their heels (i.e. disobey the Messenger). Indeed, it was great (heavy) except for those whom God guided. And God would never make your prayers to be lost (i.e. your prayers offered towards Jerusalem). Truly, God is full of kindness, the Most Merciful towards humankind.” “Verily! We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad) face towards the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qibla (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid- al-Haram (at Mecca). And wheresoever you people are, turn your faces (in prayer) in that direction...” (Quran 2:143-144) Changing the direction of prayer establishes Mecca as the fixed central point for worship. It establishes a common sense or purpose. Throughout the centuries, mathematicians and astronomers have established correct ways to determine the qibla (direction) from any point on the earth’s surface. There are two precise moments each year when the sun is directly above the Kaba, thus the direction of shadows in any sunlit place will point away from the qibla. There are also two moments per year when the sun is directly over the exact opposite position of the Kaba, thus pointing towards the qibla. It is important the Muslims make every effort to face the right direction when praying; however, slight deviations do not invalidate a person’s prayer. Prophet Muhammad said, “What is between the east and the west is qibla”.[1] Nowadays it is easy to locate the qibla. It is a simple matter to look at a map and draw a line between your location and the city of Mecca. Compasses and computer programs that locate the qibla are readily available and most mosques throughout the world have a niche in the wall to indicate the qibla. Islam is a religion of unity. Muslims are united by their belief in One God. They are one brotherhood united in the language and ritual of prayer and united by the direction of their worship. The qibla is not only about degrees of latitude or longitude it is about unity. It is about humankind united in the worship of the One God, Creator, and Sustainer of the universe

It is clear from these sayings of Jesus that he did not die for your sins. He tells you how hard it is to enter the kingdom of heaven. He stressed the importance of living a sin free life and working hard doing good deeds. Listen to and follow the words of Jesus and not the false prophet Paul. -- “If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go into hell, where the fire never goes out.” “And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than to have two feet and be thrown into hell.” “And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell, where ‘the worms that eat them do not die, and the fire is not quenched.’” Mark 9:43-48 NIV Jesus was to die for our sins then Jesus would have not made such strong statements like above. Jesus is stating how hard it is to enter heaven if you sin. If your hand causes you to sin, it is better to cut it to stop you sinning, as you will be destined to hell.
-
-- “And someone said to him, ‘Lord, will those who are saved be few?’ And he said to them,” Luke 13:23 RSV “Strive to enter by the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.” Luke 13:24 RSV The narrow door is the door to heaven. Jesus tells us to work hard (following the law, doing good deeds, working for the next life not this life) to try and enter it, as only a few shall enter it. This contradicts all the teachings of Paul.
-
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21-23 NIV “Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’” ”Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’” Jesus is clearly telling you that even if you “follow him” you are not saved. Your works of righteous must be great. The ones who worship Jesus (as God), prophesise and do miracles in his name are the evil doers for associating him as a partner with the true God. There will be countless generations of Christians who will be rejected on that day.

Many Christians believe what distinguishes Jesus from other prophets and makes him divine was that he could raise people from the dead. Firstly, one needs to remember that all his miracles were done by the finger of God and not by himself. Secondly, Elijah also raised people from the dead by the power of God. “And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the Lord, and said, O Lord my God, I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again.” 1 Kings 17:21 “And the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.” 1 Kings 17:22 KJV(Full story start from 1 Kings 17:17) “And when Elisha was come into the house, behold, the child was dead, and laid upon his bed.” 2 Kings 4:32 KJV “Then he returned, and walked in the house to and fro; and went up, and stretched himself upon him: and the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes.” 2 Kings 4:35 KJV (Full story start from 2 Kings 4:32)
-
Misconception that Jesus is divine because he ascended into heaven alive Christians and Muslims both believe Jesus body ascended into Heaven by God (as he will be returning) a long time after the alleged crucifixion, but it doesn’t make him divine. Other prophets ascended into Heaven: “And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.” 2 Kings 2:11 KJV “And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” Genesis 5:22-24 KJV

two bible verses in particular sum up the position of women: "I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee." By this third chapter of Genesis, woman lost her rights, her standing—even her identity, and motherhood became a God-inflicted curse degrading her status in the world. In the New Testament, the bible decrees: "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." 1 Tim. 2:11-14 One bible verse alone, "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" (Exodus 22:18) is responsible for the death of tens of thousands, if not millions, of women. Do women and those who care about them need further evidence of the great harm of Christianity, predicated as it has been on these and similar teachings about women? Church writer Tertullian said "each of you women is an Eve . . . You are the gate of Hell, you are the temptress of the forbidden tree; you are the first deserter of the divine law." Martin Luther decreed: "If a woman grows weary and at last dies from childbearing, it matters not. Let her die from bearing, she is there to do it." Christian writings therefore indeed regard the intelligence of women as inferior to that of men. According to the Bible women, sources of evil and corruption from "original sin" should remain silent in churches and they should not be given the opportunity to teach or educate a male audience.
-
Thus, we saw that the law of the levirate was an injustice towards the woman, because it obliges her to marry the brother of the husband if he dies without leaving children, and in default of the brother, it is the nearest relative and so on. As long as the husband has not had children, his wife will be required to marry a man of her family in order to have children, so that the line of the deceased is not erased. Thus, according to the Bible adultery is one who has slept with a married woman, which means that the man is not punished because he cheated on his wife if he has one, but simply because he slept with his neighbor's wife. Conversely, according to Islam adultery is any person, man or woman, who cheats on his spouse. The bible establishes woman's inferior status, her "uncleanliness," her transgressions, and God-ordained master/servant relationship to man. Biblical women are possessions: fathers own them, sell them into bondage, even sacrifice them. The bible sanctions rape during wartime and in other contexts. Wives are subject to Mosaic-law sanctioned "bedchecks" as brides, and male jealousy fits and no-notice divorce as wives. The most typical biblical labels of women are "harlot" and "whore." They are described as having evil, even satanic powers of allurement. Contempt for women's bodies and reproductive capacity is a bedrock of the bible. The few role models offered are stereotyped, conventional and inadequate, with bible heroines admired for obedience and battle spirit. Jesus scorns his own mother, refusing to bless her, and issues dire warnings about the fate of pregnant and nursing women..

The Bible has too many false stories for the crucifixion story to also be taken literally. Ironically, considering that it was apparently done by the people from whom we have the most records of litteraly every minutiae of every aspect of their doings in that era, no, the Romans didn't record an incredibly influential person being executed and then rising from the dead. We have accounts of the event that claim to have been dictated by four men (the gospels of Luke, John, Matthew, and Mark) none of which were eyewitnesses to the ministry of Jesus. We even have the journals of a close friend of Pontius Pilate, which offers no record of the event. No - there are no other records outside the bible referencing Jesus, the crucifixion or the resurrection. It is claimed that some contemporaneous reference was made to Jesus and his followers by Josephus but there is some scholarly suspicion that these references were added by Christians some time later.
-
It's funny that the resurrection of a dead man did not make the news of the time, or that nobody made a note of all the tombs opening and the dead wandering the streets as claimed in the bible …. Its almost as it it never happened ! It's impossible that on the Easter event, the dead get out of their tombs and graves and walk around town and nobody writes it down. If either of these had happened, we'd have at least a dozen surviving accounts from those historians. Instead, there are zero. The bible isn't a record of anything, but some historians say there was a very different story of the crusifiction that the bible fabricated to further their narrative, this account states that this fella Jesus was in fact real, but he was not the son of God, The bible is not a record of the crucifixion. The first of hundreds of versions of the bible was written a century after the supposed event took place. It is a collection of lore, stories of past times passed to succeeding generations by word of mouth. The bible is a story.

Christians often claim that Islam was spread by force, while Christianity was spread by faith. This myth propagated by these Christians has been sufficiently refuted . In reality, Christianity certainly did not spread by faith and in peace, this was true from the start, but very quickly it was the Christians who were going to impose their faith under duress, this with the help of the emperors. and the great bishops. In early Christianity, as Christians were not powerful, they were forced to limit themselves to simple conversions, as the Romans persecuted them. However, once Christianity has been declared a state religion, the opposite will happen: From the fourth century, the change in attitude of political power radically modified the conditions for Christian expansion: Christianity passed from a situation in which it was outlawed, and sometimes persecuted, to a situation of freedom. , then favorably, until its main rival, paganism - or rather what we put under this term: the traditional religions received in the Roman Empire -, are themselves outlawed . Christianity will become the state religion, the Empire will officially become Christian. The Christianity of Constantine at the Arab conquest, Pierre Maraval, Chapter 1, The religious policy of the emperors from Constantine to Heraclius and that of the barbarian kings, page 5. we can say that Christianity, apart from the early days when it did not have many followers, then spread not by faith but by sword and constraint. It is not nothing to destroy the temples of the pagans, to forbid the practice of a faith other than that of the Catholics, to force people to be baptized, to punish apostates with death, etc. once the deception of a tolerant Christianity is refuted. The majority of Christians and non-Christians believe that Christianity is a religion of love and tranquility which forbids violence, that Christians must be patient in the face of the sufferings they endure and that a Christian can never use violence to convert someone to Jesus. And yet, these are just unfounded words. Who could believe that a God who ordered so much slaughter in the Old Testament would change his demeanor so as to change complement? God willing, we will demonstrate that Christianity, the NEW TESTAMENT, commands Christians to convert by force and retribution those who do not want to become Christians. Here is a parable in which Jesus commands people to be forced to convert to Christianity We can therefore see that the verse Luke 14.23 orders Christians to convert non-Christians by force. Here is a parable in which Jesus commands people to be forced to convert to Christianity:
-
Luke 14 16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: 17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. 18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused. 19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. 20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. 21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. 22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. 23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. . Also, the word compulsion which is anagkazo was used in Matthew 14.22 when Jesus compelled the disciples to get into a boat. Forcing someone to do something against their will, #Ex 3:19. Evolving Biblical Dictionary (vers. 2). In fact, the word anagkazo has also been used in the sense of forcing someone physically, for example, let's look at how Paul forced Christians to blaspheme Acts 26.11 11 Many a time I went from one synagogue to another to have them punished, and I tried to force them to blaspheme. I was so obsessed with persecuting them that I even hunted them down in foreign cities. To this the question we ask ourselves is: is this really a peaceful and wonderful religion? We think, in any case hope, that the obvious answer from everyone in their right mind, is no. Our conclusion is that Christianity is not a peaceful religion, rather this conception is a myth, Christianity is a religion which calls for war against those who are not Christians, and which practices forced conversion

allaah Christians of the 600’s (at the time of Muhammad’s life) in Arabia called “the God” as Allah. To my knowledge, Christians in Arabic countries continue to call the God as Allah. However, the qualifications of the God of Islam and Christianity differ. Islam utterly rejects the doctrine of trinity. Thus, Allah is more or less equal to the God the Father. Jesus is seen as one of the most holy prophets, but a human being nonetheless. the fundamental concept of the oneness of God in Islam and Christianity is different. From the biblical perspective we know that all the other prophets taught about the oneness of God, not a triune entity. So from this perspective it would be easy to say that the God concept is the same as Muslims. From a Muslim perspective we consider the God that Jesus prayed to, to be the actual true God and so Muslims will syau yes we believe in the same God as the Christians, but it is limited to the absolute oneness of God (trinitarian beliefs negate that concept) For Muslims, they have the doctrine of the Tawhid, which means that God our Lord your Lord is one, emphasis in surat al-ikhlas: For Christians, the God is a triun God, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Three persons share the same essence (divinity) Which the Islamic doctrine disagree with, for Muslims, Jesus is just a messenger and The Holy Spirit is the archangel Gabriel, which means that Islam do not accept the doctrine Of The Trinity From an Islamic perception, which accept only strict monotheism, the Trinity is polytheistic concept i.e associating partners with God. In addition, Allah is both to be loved and feared at the same time in Islam. He is so unknowable, so above the human understanding that He instills a feeling of awe that inherently includes trembling. Furthermore, the Christian conception of the God is more personal. The Islamic God is much less personal. Although the Quran talks about Allah speaking, seeing, hearing etc., it emphasizes that this needs to be understood in the proper context. Islamic God, being outside of our space-time, is essentially incomprehensible and unknowable save what has been revealed. Apart from these differences, they are almost identical. Again, Christians of the Middle East have called the God as Allah, and have been continuing to do so implies that they refer to the same God. The differences only arise from the differences in respective religions. Another thing to note is that you may see the Christian response to this vary based on where you live. In America, there is a constant push by evangelical groups to paint Islam in as bad of a light as possible. ”, and suggest that because we use an Arabic Name for God, we don’t worship God. The terrible logic of this is that Arab Christians called God using the Name “Allah” as well. And that’s because it’s the Arabic Name for God. So these evangelicals basically denounce their own Arab brothers and sisters in faith when they make such claims. It’s totally illogical, but they’ve brainwashed plenty of Christians in the process, sadly. Jesus Christ will be questioned by the God almighty whether Jesus claims divinity or not. Jesus Christ is alive physically and his life extended for only he proves that he never claim divinity. There is not a single unambiguous or unequivocal verse in the verse that Jesus claims divinity. Jesus Christ is one of the human prophets like Adam, Abraham, Moses etc. Eating, sleeping, drinking, peeing, frightening, wondering, beginning, physical activities are not the qualification of God.

Christ said 3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. John 17:3 Christ also did not claim divinity and restricted divinity to God (the Father) alone He did not say that he is a god or that the Holy Spirit is a god On the Day of Resurrection, Christ will expel Christians who are considered God or equal to God 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Matthew 7:22-23 Islam is the final message to humanity It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), that he said: “By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no one of this nation, Jew or Christian, hears of me then dies without having believed in that with which I was sent, but he will be one of the people of the Fire.” Narrated by Muslim (240). This hadith is a well-known and authentic narration found in Sahih Muslim (Hadith 240). Here is a brief explanation of its context and significance in Islamic theology: Universality of the Message: The hadith emphasizes that the message of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is addressed to all of humanity after his advent, including the earlier "People of the Scripture" (Jews and Christians). The Requirement of Faith: The central message is that if the message of Islam reaches a person in a clear and correct manner, and then that person deliberately rejects it and dies in that state, they will not attain salvation in the hereafter. Clarity (Al-Hujjah): Islamic scholars explain that this applies to those for whom the truth has been made clearly evident. If a person has never heard of Islam, or has only heard a distorted version, different rules apply according to the Quran. The hadith is used to emphasize the importance of faith (iman) in Muhammad (pbuh) as the final messenger to attain salvation according to Islamic teachings. https://www.facebook.com/10005986662...93074847705732 https://www.facebook.com/10005986662...23196365989472 Christian Gives It His All — Then This Happens | Hashim | Speakers Corner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMg_ZoAbHsE 🔥 HOT DEBATE!! Abraham, Moses, Jesus , Mohmmed all had visions from God and set new laws, and they were called prophets as they did prophets (do not eat pork, only eat kosher food, circumcision, .worshiping God the father etc.) would be called a prophet. Paul was a false prophet (wolf). He would disguise himself as an apostle (sheep’s clothing) otherwise everyone instantly would have realised he was one of the false prophets to come that Jesus spoke about. Surely a man who has a vision from someone he considers is God: set news laws, i.e. to stop worshiping God the father, but now includes the worship of Jesus and abolish the previous laws. He is considered a false prophet “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” Matthew 7:15 KJV “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Matthew 24:24 KJV
-
Paul never knew Jesus. Paul decides to abolish the law, the law of what’s forbidden to us and doing works, good deeds e.g: "But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed." Jesus never said he was going to die for our sins. Something as major as that would surely have been mentioned at least once in the four gospels by Jesus. Paul here abolishes the law because he says “Jesus died for our sins”. “I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.” John 17:4 KJV Jesus is speaking to God here and clearly mentions that his teachings, the miracles he performed (by the finger of God) is complete, that all his work is now done. The work God gave Jesus to do is done. Jesus could have said “I have finished all things except dying on the cross for everyone’s sins”, but he didn’t.
