I have such a problem, my knee joint constantly hurts. I went to the clinic, but my doctor didn't find anything. He prescribed me an ointment, but it never worked. Does anyone have any knowledge about this ?

I hope you are not an athlete, because if you are, your career may be over. Try yoga, it may help you with this problem.

Greetings all! I immediately became interested in this topic, because I have been suffering from joint pain, especially back pain, since I can remember. The problem is that the pain cannot be completely and permanently relieved. The longest I have been able to get rid of the pains is 3 months. Then they kept coming back again and again. The method of heating the problem areas and special massage helped me the most. This at least prevented my muscles from stiffening. For more information about our problem try here - https://cameronmch.com/services/orth...rotator-cuffs/. I hope that I helped you. Good luck to you!
