And so, about 4 months ago, I started running / Jogging every day. I needed to lose fat because I calculated about 32% body fat. I had never been this big before, so I hated the way I looked. I started growing a "beard" because I know it looks disgusting, and I said to myself that if I'm going to look fat, I'm going to make myself look disgusting as well, and I'm going to shave every time I reach the goal. So that's what I've done so far. I hope you enjoy it.
