Hi. I am due to appear in the Melbourne magistrates court in early December for a clemency hearing. I was wondering if the recent limitations of stage 4 COD would affect this data, even though it's not that long ago. I'm currently in New South Wales, so I need to make a plan for how the hell I'm going to get there and back. I have my fingers crossed, it will go through the online magistrates court, however it may be wishful thinking.

It's all in the air.
If you hire a lawyer from Melbourne, you won't have to go down.
I'd be happy to help.

I had no idea that there is such a thing as online magistrates court, but that is obvious to have been created regarding the situation. Law is important, but health is more important.. This year, everything, especially studying will be online. Though,in my university, some groups decided to talk with administration, to do coronavirus antigen test and to get access in university's campus. This test is very quick, we have got our results in 15 minutes. It is possible to order test on www.confirmbiosciences.com, I think that it is more convenient, than constantly thinking about the possibility to get ill.

Just like GlenCurtis said, i had no idea that there was something like online magistrates court. That was a novelty for me. And just like he said, surely it has been created due to all this situation with this stupid virus. I can tell you that i also had a lawsuit back in may, or the beginning of june, it was a defamation lawsuit. It passed just like any other ordinary lawsuit, no big difference. At last, we won the case, thanks to my lawyer who works for https://www.minclaw.com/5-tips-comba...ion-blackmail/. Probably the best defamation lawyers are working there. And no, i haven't ''defame'' anyone, he just didn't understand me right.
