Default 5 Ways Tto Make Your Garden Family Friendly

Having a garden is all well and good if it’s suitable for your family to enjoy it but when it’s just a yard and there’s more concrete than greenery, you know it’s time to do something about it. Here’s five ways in which to make your garden family friendly Zone it up

A family friendly garden needs to be safe for children to play in but you’ll probably want it to look pretty too. Create different zones by using raised bedding for plants. Sleepers also look great used as borders for your flowers. Making the flowers harder to reach will prevent little fingers exploring them! Take a look at the Artificial Grass Group for ideas on how artificial grass can help break up zones in your garden. No toxic plants or flowers

Ensure all the plants and flowers that grow in the garden are safe for children just in case they decide to taste them. The RHS have a list of harmful garden plants which you should be aware of. These include Wisteria (which is poisonous), Daffodils (skin irritant and somewhat poisonous) and Chrysanthemum (a skin irritant). Soft landings

As little ones play and enjoy the outdoors, they’re bound to fall over requiring a soft landing. Installing artificial grass in the garden will provide a safe and soft landing and it requires very minimal upkeep. There’s no mowing or re-seeding and just requires you to keep it clean. The grass will look green all year round and isn’t likely to flood as appropriate drainage will be installed when the artificial grass is laid. You can also use bark chips in areas where children are likely to fall (under a swing or play frame for example). No water features

As the garden will be a safe space for little ones to enjoy, there should be no water features (such as ponds) for them to accidentally fall into. Of course, water play can be introduced but should only be used under strict supervision (i.e buckets and paddling pools). Keep it natural

Children love to make up games so keep the garden as natural as possible to encourage creativity and imagination. By using natural materials such as wooden tree stumps, these can be turned into an assault course, a seating area for Teddy Bears picnics or stepping stones across a raging river in the Amazon. Natural materials will no doubt last much longer than the plastic toys and will look much more attractive too!

Gardening is a good way to spend your time with your family or to just relax, it's something pleasurable for me, that's for sure. But if you want all of this you need to take care of it and help it to deal with its enemies like fleas for example, those are the worst.

For me gardening is a big part of life, I really like this hobby. I work in my garden since I was a child, and I know how important is to help your garden to deal with a lot of enemies. The fleas, oh those a real pain. Guys, if you find fleas in your garden, try to do something quick, otherwise you will have big problems. In you want to find out more about how to deal with fleas, you can visit https://www.growgardener.com/best-flea-fogger/. It's a cool website. So good look guys with your garden.

Hello, fellow members. Agree with the importance to keep in care with such things and flea floggers is a useful thing for outdoors and indoors objects. Having more possibility to purchase really affordable and effective products online, not long ago made really amazing purchase for a new lawn sprinkler everyone needs and investments are worthy. Now really understand the pluses of having smart things as I mentioned inside and outside my house. My kids are lazy, they are stuck to their phones. I work 6 day per week and don’t have time for such things. But everything looks like I pay money to someone to have my lawn in such a good shape.
