    Default Question About Employment Process

    Hi,

I was just in the first stage of a restaurant / customer service job interview, and I got a call back for the second round (Yes, mate!) but one girl in the group who was conducting an interview, I heard that when meeting with the customer service Manager/press Secretary, she was told that she was not suitable for the company because she had a slight stutter/speech defect. I'm just wondering if this practice is inconsistent with the equal employment opportunity act (EEOC)?) what about accommodation for people with disabilities? Or is the customer service tool just not suitable for such people (slowing down, etc.)

Dude, this process can be different depending on the employer. For example, I work remotely and I didn't even attend the interview. I was only at the online conference and after that I have already started work and I am very happy with my profession. At first, I was looking for work on different sites, but the working conditions everywhere were simply unbearable and then I just decided to try to find vacancies on linked in. I realized that in order to find a good vacancy on this service, you need to have a pumped up account and then I decided to buy links for my profile so that as many people as possible would find my profile and learn about me. Soon, several employers approached me and offered me excellent vacancies.

In as circuitous a reason as a philosopher is wont to offer, my school of thought is reliant on schooling my thought – thoroughly, regularly; keeping abreast of design, branding, advertising trends and solutions.
