How do you manage your passwords?

Sup guys. Do you use any kind of password manager? I used to have keepass but im sick of that old design. Seems like im stuck in late 90s. Recently noticed that nordvpn released their pass manager called nordpass. Not sure if I would like to pay for password manager but since they're giving 1 year for free, is it worth to try? And one more thing. What do you thing about these random password generators? is it safe to use password generated on the net?

I basically do not create that many of them in order not to feel guilty if they will not work later on that many levels out there for so many reasons. I probably do not even understand that thing totally and completely anyway. Care to see more ?
