Is XM related to Scrill?

Is this not breach of Piracy by Scrill?,, Well, I recently got a no deposit bonus of $30 with XM, then after trading and getting money, I tried to withdraw funds, only for XM to send me this message.

How can scrill say that my date of birth is incorrect to a third party?
