Default Most of payment processor refuse American user!

If you are an American user and want to invest Forex or transfer money online. You will find that it’s not easy to transfer the money.

The problem that American user mainly face:
1: Banking system (wait for about 3 days and pay them the transfer fee)
2: PayPal (charge high transfer fee.)
3: The payment processor: perfect money or Bitcoin exchange, etc. (Do not support American ID card and charge off 1.99% service fee.)

It just leave me no choice. Anybody have better option or better payment processor?

definitely, PM is not suit for Americans. Some of my friends told me that there are still some payment processors which support US users and charge a little fee. But they are all quite new, and don't have too many mechants.
