I hate waking up early in the morning, especially in the winter when it is still dark outside. I set my alarm for between 7.15 and 7.20, too early and too cold. Weekends i sleep in, can't wait for saturday! What time do you wake up?

In summer I can get up early. Because sunrise starts early ))) But in winter it is really too hard to get up even at 8!!!! So if I dont need to go anywhere, I can stay in bed till 9.. =))))
Early morning is best time for wake up.
This is my habit. Waking up at 04.00 each morning. Preparing myself and then going to my office. As I started experiencing insomnia, I changed my daily routine. My doctor prescribed me pills, but I checked the info about them on the Canada Pharmacy site and found out that they can be addictive. So, I decided to try natural ways first. I go to bed at 11 each evening and wake up at 6:30 each morning. I got used to it. I should say, it helps me to do exercises regularly and organize my working day in a proper way.
