Metals Markets: Gold (CMX) gained $3.70 to close at $885.80 ($US per Troy oz.); Silver (CMX) gained $0.02 to close at $16.89 ($US per Troy oz.); Platinum (NYM) gained $52.70 to close at $2,095.00 ($US per Troy oz.) and Copper (CMX) shed $0.07 to close at $3.72 ($US per lb.).

Livestock and Meat Markets (cents per lb.): Lean Hogs (CME) gained 0.40 to close at 76.88; Pork Bellies (CME) gained 0.30 to close at 80.08; Live Cattle (CME) gained 0.88 to close at 94.53; Feeder Cattle (CME) gained 0.45 to close at 109.93.

Other Commodities (cents per bu.): Corn (CBT) shed 1.00 to close the session at 629.25 and Soybeans (CBT) gained 48.00 to close the session at 1,358.00.

Bonds were higher across the board today: 2 year bond shed 62/32 to close at 99 24/32 with a Yield of 2.24, Yield Change +0.03; 5 year bond shed 1/32 to close at 100 22/32 with a Yield of 2.97, Yield Change +0.01; 10 year bond gained 6/32 to close at 101 3/32 with a Yield of 3.77, Yield Change -0.01; the 30 year bond gained 1 4/32 to close at 97 16/32 on the day with a Yield of 4.52, Yield Change -0.02.
