Livefeeds.tv is a ripoff

If anybody gets the e-mail below disregard it. It's from Merak and the program is Called (Livefeeds.tv.) I paid for a lifetime membership and ran into problem after problem. I sent e-mail after e-mail trying to correct the problems to no avail. They just quite corresponding with me.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and I will get a refund.
