I try to call PIPS Office for 3 days.
More than 100 calls but always busy. May be i lost my luck.
One time they received my call but only hang up and no voice or answer.

Stay positive, friend. Cheer up. Have a great faith. It's not ended yet.

Hi cratoid,
don't get disappointed. Keep trying. :)
We are PIPS supporters but can verify that only 1 or 2 people at any time answer the phone or the tickets!
Why cannot they hire some more people - this is horrendous.

If they are worth $3billion (and I am sure they are), then they can afford to hire and train another 20 for these important tasks.
And while they are about it, they can also pay for additional staff to work at Phillippines Bank for pity's sakes.
I am pro-PIPS, but this is getting out of hand.

This information was placed on the old PIPS forum by someone, so the information was out there.

cheers
I can't speak from personal experience since I'm near deaf and don't use the phone, but my son called last night and got through after about 1 hour of trying. A lot depends on the times you're trying to call and you need to take into consideration the time difference. Living in the US (central time zone) the differential is about 13 hours.
But keep in mind, there are a whole lot more of us (members at large) than there are of them (support personnel). So it's real possible to try for days and not get through. Just do yourself a favor and time your call for periods of lighter traffic (both on your end and on their end) and DON'T GIVE UP! They will help you out. These are good people and they are interested in helping you when ever and how ever they can.
