Default anyone getting thru to pips support phone number?

I have been trying to resolve my login problem ("username/password not found") thru pips support for the last 5 days. I either get a busy signal or when i do get connected nothing happens and eventually get disconnected. Very frustrating indeed. :x

Had the same problem with my wife's account. Took her 2.5 hours of dialing about every 3-4 mins.

    Phone: 606-8500876

Finally got through and had the PIN fixed.

    Keep trying! :?

    Hi Pauly Walnuts, :D
You're wrong. The password reset option is only for those who want to change their old password to a new one. This will not work for getting a new password unless you have your previous password working. If your old password is not working, the password reset option will not work. You have to call the support, and get the new password/pin number. After that, you can use this reset password option to change your temporary password (the one you've got from the support).

Also the password reset/pin reset options will not work for those who have not chosen a secret question/secret answer during their first login @ the new site.

In other words, the password/pin reset option is not for members who have not yet logged in to the new website atleast once.

    Regards,
    John.
