I live in Ohio in the USA, I believe we are 12 hours behind Pips in Malysia. Does anyone know what their support or office hours are? Just trying to figure out what would be a good time to call them.

i live MST (Mountain Time) USA I find it best to call about 6-7pm my time which would put them about 8-9am Malaysia time.. So i am getting them at the begining of the rush.
I have seemed to get through most the time when i call at this hour.

Ditto. Someone tried on numerous occasions to call support and eventually just reset their pin on the P*ps site and they were able to log in after that :!: . I'm considering this :arrow:
Yes Savannah, that is an option too and I'll suggest attempting that as well by resetting instead, some somehow are successful where I have noticed as feedbacks on another forum I am at.
For others with similar frustrations, it is unfortunate and I can relate on your grinding teeth as I had my share experienced too however, it is worthwile to know that they are on hotel shifts thus, 24/24 service and the only way I'm sure in bypassing the "other" person(s) is have a fast connection and zapping the hit key for the next alternative number if the one before it is "busy". :wink:

I am still having trouble trying to get the correct number to call, I need all the numbers you have to dial to get Pips from USA. The number I was given is 011-606-850-0876, but I keep getting a voice message saying I need an alti diget access code to complete the call. Help anyone!
I believe +606-850-0876 is the telephone number.
What you need to do is find out your international dialing code out of your country.
and then dial
(international dialing code out of country) 606-850-0876

From the US, dial 011 before the number. I got through at 10:30 PM PST on the second try, but that was unusual. I did not get any voice message. I believe they are there 24/7. Good luck

and so little staff at "P" can you emagine even 2,000= 1% trying to
