After nearly 7 years down the road, i found something that can work and give good %. Mikroloans. Its being done already.

I think the idea is very good. It can sure be run legit, and yield good % for those that invest in such program.
I am investigating such option, and it can be run with a hyip on background where our members can invest.
Surely, we would not be able to let you get any %, from day one you send, but once the money is borrowed out
