Hi Marek,

I have been running a similar advisory, but it is club based, for you don't want to get into regulation violations by providing investment advice. Under a club heading, all information on investment strategies is done with the understanding that we are all simply passing on information and suggestions, not as a investment, so you have to be aware of the fine lines drawn between a registered investment company and club.

Sounds like a good business venture. Our business is in the process of raising funds through private equity as well . So I'm sure there is definitely the end users for the service
