When the USD$ lowers its rates, it is for reasons that ties a thousand and one on odds against its economy that is trying to stay afloat and be competitive on the global market.
It is in many ways VERY attractive for Investors but bad for value back home on either coast of the USA.
For Europeans at this moment...it is a a fanta$tic moment to go on a spending $pree!!!:biggrin::noserious:party:
