The website disappeared about a week ago after they have announced 5,000,000 USD had been invested in their program since March 2005 .

Important Update from Invex.org

Dear Invex Ltd. investors,

Here is the situation:

1- The server has been hacked, and the site sent offline.

2- The domain name invex.org has been stolen by hackers.


For the point 1-, the server files have been transfered to another
server. We are changing our security system too, stopping to work with
Prolexic to be back on a 100% "clean" basis. The security system
should be ready before Monday Aug. 22nd, very probably on Saturday.


For the point 2-, we have contacted our registrar who asked to send
copies of the passport of Rudi Werner, the administrative director of
the Lomax Group Corp., as the domain invex.org is registered under his
name. We had also to fill a few forms. All has been submitted and the
domain invex.org should be back to us in the next 72 hours. Then we
will have to change the DNS to reflect our new data center.

It means that the Invex Ltd. website will be back online at least
Monday, and very probably earlier.

About the Yahoo Group, we have closed the "Talking group" as it was
mailbombed by thousands of messages. The "Information group" (This
group) cannot be bombed as it is setup to automatically reject all
messages. Our Yahoo mailbox (the group owner) is also mailbombed, all
messages are automatically trashed, that is why we do not reply to
anybody.

We are of course aware of all what is currently told on various forum,
and decided to not give any reply. It is the 3rd time we have
technical issues, it is the 3rd time that "specialists" are giving
their lessons, and it will be the 3rd time they will show their lack
of competence.
At least, our soon comeback will make a great and free advertizing for
Invex Ltd.!

Dear Invex Ltd. Investors,


Today Wednesday August 24th, the management team of the Lomax Group
Corp. and of Invex Ltd. met in Geneva, Switzerland, to take the
approriate decisions about the Invex Ltd. company.


1- SITUATION

Since about 2 weeks now, we encounter technical problems due to the
hacking of our website, and of our domain name record. It seems that
some people have a direct interest of creating problems that avoid us
to resume our activity.

Since these 2 weeks, we had to face a lot of threats, by email and
phone/fax calls, generally coming from people who have NO investment
at Invex Ltd., or who have investments under $100. We also noticed, on
various forum, a few defamatory messages, and a few completely false
assertions about our companies, made by people who aren't even able to
find an entry in a telephone book! More serious, we also read a lot of
messages calling our Investors to massively withdraw their funds as
soon as we will re-open our website.

As we explained on our webpage, the Lomax Group Corp. decided to setup
the Invex Ltd, to go online, and to offer our attractive Programs to
"small" Investors. As far as we know, there is today NO other real
company that offers high return investments from $20.

We had a great success during 6 months despite a few technical
problems, once more created by hackers either paid by some hosting
companies, either paid by scammers running HYIP who wanted attract our
Investors to their Ponzi. Despite this, a few thousands of people
invested in Invex Ltd.

What we see now, is that week after week, we are targeted by groups of
criminals whose goal is to make our program shutdown. Our computers
were hacked, our domain name was stolen 3 (!) times, and defamatory
campaigns were organized since the first months the Invex Ltd. went
online, against our Company.

We did not create Invex Ltd. to fight against hackers, scammers, and
*****s. The current situation costs us a lot of money, without
speaking of the psychological trouble of the Invex Ltd. management
team.



2- DECISION


For the above reasons, the Lomax Group Corp. decided to terminate the
Invex Ltd. activity, as the date of September 30st. A juridical
resolution will be deposited in the next days in the Court of Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands, that will legally terminate the Invex Ltd.
company.


The current Investors (identified by an e-gold account OR by an email
address) will be refunded as follows:

* For Investors who are globally "in profit" for their investments: No
more payment will be done, their investments will be terminated.

* For Investors who are globally not in profit for their investments:
We will calculate, investment by investment, the difference between
the sums invested (SI), and the payments done (SP).

If the investment is older than 5 weeks from August 24th (It means if
the investment was made before July 20), we will payback the double of
the above difference: 2x[SI-SP]

If the investment is younger than 5 weeks from August 24th (It means
if the investment was made after July 19), we will payback the above
difference: [SI-SP]


Investors who invested by e-gold will be paid back by e-gold, to the
e-gold account the funds came from.

Investors who invested by e-bullion will be paid back by e-bullion, to
the e-bullion account the funds came from.

Investors who invested by 1mdc will be paid back by 1mdc, to the 1mdc
account the funds came from.

Investors who invested by bank transfer will be paid back by bank
transfer, to the bank account the funds came from.

Investors who invested by various accounts will be paid by e-gold.

In case the Investor's account is locked, the funds will be sent to a
temporary account and will be sent to a Charity if the Investor does
not solve his account problem before September 28th. We will not
accept any change of account for the refunds.


2a- BONDS

As the bonds are not managed by Invex Ltd. nor by the Lomax Group
Corp., and as the Invex Ltd. was only a third party that offered the
Bonds, the Bonds will not be refunded.
All Bonds Investments will be paid out as announced, on January 2nd.
by the Lomax Group Corp. All Bond Investors will receive, in the
beginning of September, an email from the Lomax Group Corp. about
their investment(s). The email will contain a few details, especially
how to contact the Lomax Group Corp.


2b- PAYOUT PROCESS

All Investors who have at least one active investment with Invex Ltd.
will receive an email between September 5th and September 12th. The
email will list their active investment(s), the total amount invested,
the total amount already paid back, and the balance.

The Investors who, according to the above conditions, qualify for a
refund will receive their payment between September 12th and September
23rd. The largest amounts will be paid first. After a payment will
have been sent, an email will be sent to the Investor with the payment
reference number (Batch number, transaction number, wire reference).
If the payment bounces, for example if the e-gold account has a
balance limit, the email will ask the investor to urgently fix his
problem with e-gold and the funds will be put in a temporary account
as told above.

We will publish in a public forum, managed by a third-party, the list
of payouts with the following details:

Date - Amount invested - Amount already paid - Amount paid
Payer account (partial) - Payer email (Partial) - Payment reference


No particular treatment will be accepted for any of our Investors.
Emails with special payment requests will not be considered not
replied.



3- CALENDAR

August 25th: The Resolution about the termination of the Invex Ltd.
will be deposited in the Grand Cayman Court.

August 25th / September 10: Des-invest operations from our traders, of
all the Invex Ltd. invested funds.

September 5th / September 10th: The Bond Investors will be contacted
by the Lomax Group Corp.

September 12th / September 23rd: Payments, on the above described
basis, will be executed. This delay is necessary as we have to
des-invest all the invested funds. Canceling our investments in one or
two days would make us at loss and wouldn't allow us to refund all the
Investors.

September 28th: Offer to a Charity of all funds that couldn't be paid
back to the Investors as told above.

September 30th: Publication in the Grand Cayman Court of the act of
payment that will close the financial activities of the Invex Ltd. The
financial bylaw for the Invex Ltd. activities up to September 30th
will be deposited as required by the law. Termination of the Invex Ltd.



4- CONCLUSION

A total of 5.896 Investors invested in Invex Ltd., and there are
currently 5,131 active Investors in Invex Ltd.
2,953 Investors of Invex Ltd. have been or are currently in profit,
and we can feel sad that *these* Investors, as Investors who
personally met Renaud de la Taille, or his Deputy in Western Europe,
didn't come on public boards to support our company, when we are
attacked by injurious and/or defamatory messages, threats, from people
who invested $100 or less, even nothing.

We also noticed that some of our Investors, who are in profit often
for large amounts, strongly criticize our company on various forum. We
reserve the right to publish the details of their investments, account
references, sums paid, email address etc, in case they publish
defamatory messages against our company. Decency is a word that some
should learn!



Invex Ltd. made a large profit by investing the Investors' funds, but
it is nothing to say that we are strongly disappointed by this
situation. That will anyway be a good lesson for us: The "online
Investment with Digital Currency" market is not a mature market for
real companies. The Invex Ltd. staff will join back the Lomax Group
Corp. team, to continue our financial activities. All our Titanium
Investors already received an invitation to continue working with the
Lomax Group Corp.
