I hope that the restructuring involves members getting paid, and not yet another facet of the PIPS lineup (fashion/bistro/realty/whatever). I suppose I could take funds in vouchers for free food at the bistros - I would never be hungry again! Shoot, I would close up shop and move to Malaysia immediately. :D
