New Home Sales

MBA Mortgage Applications:
U.S. MBA Market Index rose 2.7% at 524.4; Last Week 510.7; U.S. MBA Purchase Index rose 2.7% at 191.7; Last Week 186.6; U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 2.7% at 2,471.2; Last Week 2,406.3.

New Home Sales:
February Median Sales Price Drops to Lowest in Seven Years; U.S. January New Home Sales Revised to 301K from 284K; February New Home Sales Fall to Record Low.
