Default Lost my Picpay PIN ... How to retrieve it?

    Hi all,
I lost my PP login PIN, and the support ticket system is not available @ the PP site. How can I retrieve the pin? The email support is also not available. Please help!

    Thanks in advance.

The easiest and cheaper than phone is to email to [email protected] and put "request new pin" at subject, put picpay username in the email text.

You should receive the new pin in the same day, sometimes in less than an hour.

    Good luck!

I called the support staff, and got the new PIN. :D

But the new problem is.. My PxPx account is not accessible. Today I've accessed my account with four zeros as PIN (my first login at the newly designed site), clicked the submit button, at the same time my internet connection was lost.

After getting connected, I've tried several times with 4 zeros as PIN and my user id/ password to access the site.

oooops... the system all the day throws an error "Username/Password not found". I do not know what went wrong. I'm using the correct userid/password. I think the error entity is the PIN number. Instead of reporting the PIN number error, the system reports the error as "Username/Password not found". Now I'm totally confused. Is my account hacked? Password altered? User Name Deleted?

I called the support staff and explained the things. She gave me a new PIN number to get the access. But still I'm having the same problem: "Username/Password not found".

    What should I do next?

I called support and asked them. The reply of the nice gal on the other end was that IT is still implementing some batches of member data's.

So, some are in and can log in, some arent yet, so the database of the new site cant find them yet, ergo username password not found.

She said sorry, and to try it again in a day or two. :D

    thats all i got. lol
