I lost my PP login PIN, and the support ticket system is not available @ the PP site. How can I retrieve the pin? The email support is also not available. Please help!

You find the tlf.numbers under PP.com--- contact us, on the log-inn page...........
The easiest and cheaper than phone is to email to [email protected] and put "request new pin" at subject, put picpay username in the email text.
You should receive the new pin in the same day, sometimes in less than an hour.

Anyway we are in the same boat and thinking the same thing at the same time...

Hi Juju, I recalled reading earlier that your connection was disconnected during one of your logins.
I also agree, when Support informed me about server connections.... that is the most common cause with login losses despite the micro secs involved, a split second "limbo" line is all it takes and the server at the other end just fails to identify your attempt among the thousands checking in at the very same moment. Frustrating it sure is! :roll: :wink:
