If you are not a member, unfortunately members cannot share everything with you other than what's available at their own forum. News is they are overcoming it.

In their forum, they tell you what's exactly happening with their legal proceedings, but you can't have access until forum admin confims you as a member and give you access to it.

But just so you know, they are coming back after Sept. ish.

Fyi: practically, you must be a *paid* member to gain access to their private forum. Free members (as myself, unfortunately :-p) can only access the 'general' forum (which btw is sort of 'dead' anyway, as long as management understandably has other issues to focus on). And I think they don't even accept new members at this time so it's no use to try registering (unless you're a paid member).
Also here, it's a matter of practicing the P-word.
