I believe HCI25 is a good scam.
I agree - it's a clever scam since the amount of money involved is too small for the individual to try and recover.
Incidentally, I see that Mr. Stallings-Blash has changed his E-mail address. It's now Gregory Stallings-Blash ([email protected])
I just called the number listed 46 707123456, and, on asking for Mr. Stallings-Blash was told, angrily to "Get away from me!"
I should also mention that Mr. Carlsson has also been involved with Pips, Plexpay, Clixo, and SNG.
Owen.....You obviously have a sickeness that fuels your vendetta.
A business executive in another forum also phoned the same number and received a very different response. The facts learned about you are an eye opener indeed. It appears that YOU are promoting the "Stallings-Blash " is "Carlsson" for an entirely different reason that you have led people to believe.
It is said that they ARE NOT the same person and all of the posting garbage isn't going to make them the same. The only person who claims that Carlsson was involved with Pips, Plexpay, Clixo, and SNG is you and facts today indicate that "Stallings-Blash " is "Carlsson" ARE NOT the same person and all of your spouting isn't going to change that.
As usual, YOU continue posting "fiction".
Also, IF you're able to read and comprehend, the new HCI25 website is up.

Dear clients
Our website is down due to some major changes, and a new website.
We have moved the domain to a new web host during the last few days.
A new website will be online shortly.
Business is still good and we will be back online very soon!
Sorry for any inconvienience caused for you
HCI 25 administration"
I agree they are not the same person. Stallings-Blash does not exist.
I have to say I asked admin some ackward questions a few weeks back.
His reply was not very encouraging. I asked for my money back, since I have
received nothing in exchange, and any decent company would comply with that wish.
He replied stating my funds would be confiscated.
OK, not all of those funds are mine, so I spoke to the other people involved.
They agreed we should take action.
We have, thats why the website dissappeared.
We shall continue to pursue whoever is responsible, knowing full well that any reputable
company would not have behaved or hidden themselves in such a fashion.
Would you say I asked the right people??

Hi again
What is written in a forum is normally one thing. People trying to take
others down
for several reasons. We dont make any notes of this since we know how
the
management is. If one for any reason dont trust it anymore please ask
the right
people. Regarding DD on the management is of course very difficult
because of the
line of work they are doing.
I wil tell Mr.Stallings to respond about this, but i know he wont be
happy and will
probably cancel all of your mentioned positions without any refunds.
Lets hope for the best in your communication with the management.
Kindly Regards, HCI Support

Personally I think you made a mistake. They will have a new website up in the next few days and the program will continue to a favourable conclusion. They have completed and paid out previous projects. What were you expecting to receive in exchange? I heard from the admin before the project really got underway and he said that refunds were not part of the agreement. He also indicated that this was right in their website. Unfortunately with the small fee required to become a member, you won't realize anything as a result of this action. The new website will likely become totally private very quickly and maybe even offline, so public exposure will not exist.
Now let me see if I follow you logic on this one. It is OK that 99% are scams; it is OK to make money from them; if they are scams it means they are stealing; if you "made" money from them, you received stolen money; and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this.
You can tout these as being great programs, whether or not you get in them yourself, but doing so you are not causing harm to anyone; you are not "promoting" a scam, but 99% are; and just because you post positive things about them doesn't make you a crook. That about cover it?
Glad to know that you enjoy stealing from others as long as you get yours. And you wanted to lecture us on morality.
