Logged on no problem, a little slow but no biggie

Finally saw the new site today.

I think it looks good if a little slow but I can handle that.

It took me four day but it was like a bonus as my account seams to have jumped as I have not seen it for a few day.

Paitents is the only advice I can give you. :D

But my Rol is less today than it was yesterday, I don't know whats up with that. :? I don't have units expiring so thats not the problem.
I tried logging in again just now to get the info to send a ticket and I can't log in again :( . I hope it's not going to be another three days before I can log in again. I'll keep trying though :D

The reason that the ROL is less today than yesterday appears to be due to the fact that the new rate structure has gone into effect.

Can you explain the new rate structure to me :? ?. I know we have a $8.60 deduction instead of $8.10 which means we now have a $30 administration fee. And there is also a further 7.5% management fee.
How does the 7.5% get deducted :?: I've applied the $8.60 and 7.5% deduction to the rol which was less than the previous day and still had more rol than what I was given :? Can you clarify please? :)

I have found that if I cannot initially log in (getting a "servers are busy" message), trying a few times right in a row usually works. Time consuming, though.
