Default I got a refund for one of my Visa cards and bougt a new acco

Well looks like the refunds are coming in one month at a time.
I got one from May for a visa debit card,
I bought a new pips account just in case we go private as the rumors have gone in that direction.
Let me tell you people.. it felt very empowering!!!
I don't care what anyone says.. I am just moving forward in my positivity.
    We will know soon enough.

What is now learnt, is that you are wiser to let whatever amount you can "legally" get your hands on, to let it remain in PicPay instead. whatever is left or gets "back into" Pips is as good as GOODbye and sayonara...esp. if BM is planning a new "program" and do away the current one with an alternative solution.

With PicPay, being a separate entiity and legally, better chances are found in there than Pips, which is a pass-over if it does get run over for another.... Merchants in this case tend to beenefit abit more here as there is proof of whats still on hand and subject for claims and payouts...legally, no fishy business taking place on this angle, so it's quite good for them really.

I hate to imagine all those taking a long weekend or are still on holiday while the ultimate moment is drawing VERY close...

My tip for all of you, as the word is going around, make all your copies ASAP esp. the ones in the PicPay for recovery sake at a later stage. All the best and try keeping that chin up!

I am surprized at you .
    This is heresay from pipsusa
    I don't believe it.
    And it is pips $$$
If we will get anything it would most likely come from there anyway.
I think you of all people should not promote these rumours.
YOU HAVE NO proof of this.
    I too heard that rumour.
Lets agree to not keep spreading them and then putting our own spin on it.
I happen to believe based on all I heard that if we go private and we can no longer buy accounts , best to get a few more.
besides there is NO WHERE ELSE TO SPEND IT>
    And ....
IT made ME FEEL GREAT .
so your opinions are just that, opinions.
    Thanks anyway.

    Hiya Yogi,

I have a few questions about your post, i'm kinda checking to see if i understand you correctly.

1.) Are you saying PIPS can stop it's program any day without us being able to claim any funds we have in there?
2.) Are you saying; at PICPAY we are legally entitled to the funds in our accounts?
3.) Would it be wise to withdrawal as much as possible from PIPS into PICPAY so at least we have something to look forward too if the PIPS program fails?

Then some more questions on a slightly different subject.

1.) Is there a delay in withdrawals from PIPS to PICPAY? How long does it take to withdraw from PIPS to PICPAY?
2.) Does it take 6 months to withdrawal small amounts? Or are bigger (like 5 or 6 figures) delaying even more? Or is this term equal to any amount?
3.) Is there any difference in speed if you choose to withdraw via a bank wire or requesting money via Cheque? Which on is faster? Or doesn't that make a difference?

That's pretty much my questions, i would appreciate an answer and PLEASE no speculation or guesses. Thanks a lot.

    Andrew.

    Hiya Yogi,

1.) Are you saying PIPS can stop it's program any day without us being able to claim any funds we have in there?
Fundamentally, YES and if you doubt it, where are your reasons to prevent this ever from happening?

2.) Are you saying; at PICPAY we are legally entitled to the funds in our accounts?
PicPay is a different entity despite links with PI Inc altogether. Merchants who can prove that their services are genuinely honoured and not forthcoming from the part of PicPay, have a strong "legal" case to pursue through the Trade & Arbitrary courts, in Malaysia of course.

3.) Would it be wise to withdrawal as much as possible from PIPS into PICPAY so at least we have something to look forward too if the PIPS program fails?
Try doing that? Any possibility from yesterday till this coming early morning Tuesday is left with whatever you have opted for to reinstate the current daily ROL into your AF by means of first setting it at 100% WDwal...if you still can i.e.

Then some more questions on a slightly different subject.

1.) Is there a delay in withdrawals from PIPS to PICPAY? How long does it take to withdraw from PIPS to PICPAY?
If you are aware till today on how it works with the WD, it gets shut down between Saturday to late Monday night.

2.) Does it take 6 months to withdrawal small amounts? Or are bigger (like 5 or 6 figures) delaying even more? Or is this term equal to any amount?
There is no need for speculation on this either, your guess is as good as mine if you do adopt an open mind on how various processing can and will only work by speedy adherence to what is viewed as "first come first served" and yet, flaws can be encountered base upon a number of undeclared reasons, deliberate or otherwise...your guess is as good as mine here.....

3.) Is there any difference in speed if you choose to withdraw via a bank wire or requesting money via Cheque? Which on is faster? Or doesn't that make a difference?
I placed mine on Friday for the first time after 14 months of patience by selecting it to a bank (my preferred choice, so it's all documented for tax reasons too) as close as it can be to PicPay. We'll see.

That's pretty much my questions, i would appreciate an answer and PLEASE no speculation or guesses. Thanks a lot. Andrew.[/quote]

U R welcome and I guess, you will need a calculated move on your own hunch after thiis, can't consider it as guessing, I'm sure.

I want to know how it will be any safer in PicPay with it is owned by PIPS. All the same deal. Chances are IF this programs goes down - all will be lost. Am I wrong?

Spend some more gruelling time on the : PICPAY Legal Terms and Conditions when you next visit the site and check it out with your legal advisor or solicitor, your chances to recuperate lies in there which also depends, just how much has now accrued to see it worth getting through in legal representation, if necessary.

The rest is up to you, remember, each and every one of us joins with a different purpose and therefore, has different motives shadowing our individual actions and/or decisions so, from here on, every man for himself really. Goodluck.
