We are pleased to announce that on December 15, 2011 EXNESS will celebrate a successful three years in business! We want to thank you – the best clients around! – and all of our staff as we remember all the important and interesting events that have taken place over these three years, as well as the complex, revolutionary decisions management has had to make at times.

Finely-tuned cooperation between all of the Company’s departments has made all of these innovations a success. At present, EXNESS has five departments operating under the oversight of the board of directors: marketing, technical support, finance, technology and complaint resolution.
Our marketing specialists continually study the financial services market and use this information to develop and test innovations and improvements in EXNESS services. They are also responsible for the Company’s advertising strategy.
The EXNESS marketing department wants to thank our clients for a great three years and promises to make the next three years exciting, with even better trading conditions!
The technical support department is where you’ll find the people that help clients with issues in online chats, on the phone and by email. The job requires them to be knowledgeable, unfailingly polite and able to handle questions quickly.
Our technical support specialists second the marketing department in thanking EXNESS clients and add that they are always ready to help in any situation!
The people in our finance department don’t have much to do: they simply process withdrawal requests that, for whatever the reason, could not be processed automatically. And of course, they offer support for issues related to the movement of funds.
The finance department also wants to thank EXNESS clients for a terrific three years!
The complaint resolution department is responsible for reviewing complaints filed by clients. Our resolution specialists carefully review all complaints about quotes, fills or other issues and offer a high degree of objectivity that has contributed to EXNESS’ sterling reputation.
