What does buy low trade high mean?

Buy an ininstrument, lets say, a currency pair whilst the price is low, then sell when the price is high.
This is how profit is made.

Buying low and selling when the price rises. It may be a currency or any other commodity but ofcourse the question remains how low is low or the bottom price and thats where analysis and charting etc. comes in to determine whether the price is appropriate to take a position.

This is a very basic rule of every trading. In order to make profit one should buy currency at a lower price and sell it when the price is higher!!
