Thread: Need a recomendation

Hi all,

I'm looking for a good forex demo account for use in training. I have been using gftforex.com and they are really pissing me off because they cancel my account every month.

If anyone knows of a good demo account that will let you trade demo until you are ready to go live, please let me know.

My only requirement is that the software be decent and let you trade directly on the chart. Oh yeah and I tried VTtrader and it doesnt work with my internet connection (satellite).

get mt4 from www.metaquotes.net. It fills all your requirements and more. Easy to recharge accounts inside the application no hassle. Trade on the chart, etc. Very powerful app.

Just wanted to say im using MetaTrader and this is indeed some great software, thanks alot pablo if you catch this.

cool, nice to hear that trade. i think its the best, because it has the best programming model available, and ive been able to achieve some amazing things with the experts, and im really pleased with what i have now. I tried several platforms before and VT was the best of them, but looking back, they are all poor cousins.

I also use mydesktoponline to publish results to the web so i can monitor my desktop from work without it being intrusive.

Brokers is another problem though they are a mixed bag you hear so many contradictory statements on all of them its impossible to know...

this forex forum has gone very quiet..!!! Either everyone is off making so much money that they dont have time to come here, or everyone has lost interest..? Anyway ive been keeping busy...
