Thread: Very terribl broker

This is a complain I got from FPA concerning ic markets!
I opened an account with me and deposited the amount of 5000 through Visa and I trade and the amount became 7014 and when I wanted to withdraw several times a week ago they told me we can not return the amount to the card because the bank of the card refuses to do so and when I spoke with the bank they told me that there was no transfer by the company and their words Not true. When I wanted to communicate with the technical support by phone more than once did not respond to me on the contrary when I wanted to open the account and before the deposit initially they were communicating with me by phone ?! Finally they told me that you can withdraw the amount by bank transfer and they asked me to send a statement and my bank statements and I sent and did not reply to me yet ..?! I am skeptical about the credibility of the company right now ..
