Scam or not?

Hi,In Newforex my acct. is 7086655 MT4 First Stream.
I start trading in Newforex with bonus $50 acct.
With hard work finally i be able to gain profit and be able to WD some of the money after deposited the account. My 1st WD attempt is to WD all my money int that acct., but it was canceled. And the ballance is decreased by $74.62. I try to contact finance and all they said is "Your withdrawal request was not approved due to breaching of trading rules. The profit from non-regulatory trades was cancelled." So after that my 2nd WD is to WD the rest of my money from that acct. and it wet well. I received my payment to my pay.co acct. within 3 days.
So i just want them to explain what is that "non-regulatory trades" mean. Because there is no rule in this document https://my.newforex.com/assets/pdf/a...me_english.pdf. I emailed finance 3 times a day still got no reply till now.

Any kinds of trading broker can affects the result of our trading with certainly, that’s why trading broker can play a big role in Fx trading. We can choose the broker that is more appropriate to the concept of trading that will be used; we the traders who are particularly scalpers have to choose the broker that allows trading broker such as this. As a scalper now I am comfortable with Forex4you which is regulated and permits scalping including lowest trading spreads. So, my trading life is very much comfortable.

I never tried that broker before. now I'm trading with FXB Trading. Usually, when we use no deposit bonus from broker to trade, we need to make sure that there is trader who already make withdrawal from that bonus. They will create reason which make us can not withdraw profit we have got from that bonus.
