Thread: T3- Vertex FX Indicator

T3 is a powerful VertexFX client side VTL indicator that is helpful in identifying the start and end of trending markets. It is based upon six smoothed moving averages using MA PERIOD 1, MA PERIOD 2, MA PERIOD 3, MA PERIOD 4, MA PERIOD 5, MA PERIOD 6 respectively.
The concept behind the indicator is that when the six components move in the same direction, and are aligned directionally above each other, or below each other, by their periods, then the trend is confirmed in that direction.
In the first step, we calculate the six moving averages based on upon the specified six periods. In the next step, we smooth these six moving averages using the smoothing constant B to generate the six components of the indicator.
BUY - Enter BUY trade when YELLOW line is above RED line, and RED line is above MAGENTA line, and MAGENTA line is above CYAN line, and CYAN line is above GREEN line, and GREEN line is above BLUE line. Stop-loss can be placed below the nearest swing Low.
SELL - Enter SELL trade when YELLOW line is below RED line, and RED line is below MAGENTA line, and MAGENTA line is below CYAN line, and CYAN line is below GREEN line, and GREEN line is below BLUE line. Stop-loss can be placed above the nearest swing High.
