Thread: Advcash - Charge fees twice!!!

Last week I use Advcash to transfer money. The payee should get $50. But Advcash charged me like this :
($50 * 3.25%) + $50 = $51.625 (~51.625 total transaction amount)
$51.625 * 3.25% = $1.678 (~1.68 total fee)
I turned to customer service but they were so rude. Finally they admitted wrong and promised they will also adjust the way the fee is calculated.
See, they don’t even learn basic Math! And the entire process is neither transparent nor secured.
So I wonder why Advcash is so popular? You guys just don’t care how much more to spend at all???
