Network International, payments card vendor certified by both Visa & MasterCard for card payments in the Middle East, and Emirates NBD Company, UAE payment service provider of credit and debit cards, have won a deal to handle the processing for UAE-based Al Hilal Bank, including debit card management, ATM switching and an integrated credit card management.
