Along with the Merchant Directory we would like to let you know that there are even more merchants accepting StrictPay that have not completed a Merchant Listing request with us. If you are a merchant accepting StrictPay, please feel free to add your site to our list. This can be done in your members area under the Merchant Center link.
We now accept Virtual Money as an option to fund your StrictPay account. To make a deposit, click the Deposit Funds link and follow the instructions.

As many of you know, we had been under a constant DDOS attack for the last 3 days, but we have just gotten everything back up and running smoothly. We have been DDOS attacked twice before since our launch, but this one was much larger in scale. The size of this attack forced us to setup more security measures than we initially expected, but they are in place now to defend us from future attacks. All information originally pointed towards us being down until Monday or possibly Tuesday, but we are glad to have battled back from this in a shorter than expected time frame. All StrictPay departments are now working around the clock in order to get all support tickets, contact requests, transactions, and verification processing completed. Everyone here at StrictPay appreciates your patience and understanding during this bump in the road, and we look forward to being here for you in an uninterrupted capacity for many years to come.

Hello Members,
We have new DDoS protection that is now kicking in our on server. We have been under attack for one week now, and finally feel we have the protection in place. Our DDoS protection company will be monitoring the traffic 24 hours a day from now on. We would like to pass on a few pointers for you to best access our website.
1. All members please access the site via https://strictpay.com. Please do not put the www. in front of the URL until further notice.
2. All merchants, please remove the www. from the beginning of your URL in your automated purchase form until further notice. Your new form action should read https://strictpay.com/payments/autopay.php and your payments should go through.
3. Any person, merchant or regular member, that uses a buy now button, banner, or any image from our site should change the URL to the banner and remove the www. from the beginning.
This change should be updated in the next 48 hours, but in the meantime by removing the www.'s you can connect to the site with full functionality, and all banners and purchase buttons can be fixed. We apologize about this issue, but it should be resolved soon and everything will be back to normal.
Lastly, our hosting provider has notified us that they will be experiencing a mandatory emergency maintenance period this evening from 12:00 am until 05:00 am. The site may be accessible, but cannot be guaranteed. We will update you as they update us.
We appreciate your patience during this period of adjustment.

As a reward for your patience during our downtime from DDoS attacks, we have decided to extend our two September promotions. We have seen many new members take advantage of the reduced price for the StrictPay Visa debit card, but we feel like some of you may not have been able to take advantage of the reduced price offer due to the site being down for some days. We feel it would be advantageous for our entire member base if we extended the two offers until the end of October, so everyone can take advantage of both offers for a full month (plus a little extra time as well).

We are excited to announce two great new features for StrictPay members that have just launched at StrictPay.
We now offer Live Chat Support to help get your questions answered even more quickly than we already do. This feature is not only easy to use, but we also put it on numerous pages within the site. We see a number of sites using this feature, but they only put access to it on the home page. We have chosen to have access to it on all the pages that we see the most questions about. It is as simple as clicking on the button and typing your question and who you are. Our support center will still be helping with support tickets and contact requests, but we suggest using the Live Chat Support feature if you have a quick question you would like to have answered right away.
We also have a new Communications Center within your member area. You will see the Communications link on the left side of your member home page, and this new feature lets members communicate directly with each other within the site itself. We envision this feature as a great way for StrictPay members to keep in contact with each other as well as help others that are in their incentive downline. It's simple to use, and you should definitely try out all the different features available with it. We will also be expanding the Communications Center to offer many more features in the upcoming weeks, so keep checking in often.
As many of you know, we built StrictPay on a foundation of great customer service, and we feel these two new features will help keep that foundation strong. And please feel free to let our support center staff know if you have any questions concerning these great new features. In fact, you can use the new Live Chat Support feature to do so!

We are happy to announce that we now have ACH Funding available again for all members with U.S. bank accounts. We know it has been a long, and sometimes inconvenient, process for many of you, but we appreciate your patience during this trying time. In the end, it was just easier for us to switch to a new ACH provider, because we were not getting quality information concerning the situation from our older provider. And of course having to install an entirely new system took more time than even we planned for. We also wanted to make sure we did our due diligence on the new provider, and their security systems are very strong.
With the new ACH processing system, you are going to see some fee changes, but we have made sure they are minor ones. We have unfortunately had to increase our regular ACH transaction fees. We know that anytime fees change, we cannot please everyone, but we feel like we offer many great features that offset a minor fee adjustment for regular ACH transactions.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this wait may have caused, and we appreciate you continuing to choose StrictPay as your payment option. We know you have many choices and it means a lot to the entire staff that you believe in what we have to offer. And feel free to use our new Live Chat Support feature to ask any questions you might have concerning the new changes.
